Who is responsible?

What the website collects
- Audience measurement, without cookies. Page views are counted by the server. To tell visitors apart, a pseudonymous fingerprint is calculated; it changes every day and is deleted after 45 days. No data can identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful.
- No cookies for measurement, advertising or social networks are set. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: your browser contacts no third-party service when it displays our pages.
- No forms. The website collects nothing that you type in.
When you email us
If you send us an email, we use your address and your message only to reply to you and organise your care. Please do not include detailed medical information: we will talk about it at your appointment.
Booking an appointment
The “Book an appointment” buttons lead to the Assistool booking service, on its own website. The data you enter there is processed under Assistool’s privacy policy. Links to Google Maps open Google’s website: nothing is loaded from Google on our pages.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Robin Du Web, a brand of MNH SA (rue Véronèse 10, 1000 Brussels, VAT BE 0870.850.756), which acts as a processor for Centre Myéline, on servers located in Belgium. Your data is neither sold nor passed on.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to the address above. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
